Nestled within the Sandy Lane estate, Villa Rose sits on nearly two acres of tropical gardens, with gated access and surrounded by a perimeter of palm trees.

The main property is extremely well furnished and has four en-suite bedrooms, and spacious living areas for relaxing and dining, with a further two en-suite bedrooms located in the newly built guest cottage across the garden.

Both the main house and guest cottage have fully equipped kitchens, allowing it to be used for staff if required, or even just for additional privacy.

There are several terraces, for outdoor dining and sunbathing, or just for taking in the magnificent views and surroundings. Additionally, there is a fitness room with modern gym equipment and weights located in the outhouse.

The pool is a standout feature of the villa, and enjoys plenty of privacy from neighbouring properties or passers by. Guests additionally have access to the facilities at the Sandy Lane Beach Club.

Popular bars and restaurants in nearby Holetown are close, and Payne’s Bay Beach is just a few minutes away.

Included is a housekeeper and chef, who will prepare meals on request.
