Villa Mauby

Villa Mauby is a magnificent custom-built property that is inspired by the luxurious Sandy Lane Hotel. Nestled in the gated resort community of the very popular Sugar Hill resort, it is well located for both resort amenities and local attractions.

The villa is designed to frame the vista of the Caribbean Sea, with large glass doors and windows and cleverly positioned seating areas that allow you to make the most of the views. The living areas include a well-outfitted kitchen that has two wine coolers to help refresh your afternoons. It leads out onto a large dining room that seats twelve people on a glass table. This room blends the inside and outside living with three walls of folding glass doors that open up to a wrap-around balcony – transforming the room into an al fresco dining experience.

On the lower level of the villa guests will find an entertainment room designed to be a comfortable space to relax. With a flat screen television, SONOS surround sound systems and a bar it is a great space to spend time together. However, you will have to be drawn away from the outside spaces – Villa Mauby boasts a putting green, a pool and pool deck with multiple loungers, a BBQ and two gazebos. The gazebos give another opportunity for an al fresco meal with one housing a small kitchenette and the other a dining space, both are fitted with SONOS surround sound systems to set the scene for a relaxing evening.

All of the four bedrooms at Villa Mauby are private corners of the property for guests to relax. All fitted with en suite bathrooms and their own private terrace guests can make the most of the Caribbean views. The master suite is on the first floor and features a second living room and its own walk-in wardrobe. With a king size bed and it’s a great place to wake up and lounge with the view of the sea.

The west coast of Barbados is the perfect year round destination for enjoying all of the charm that The Caribbean has to offer – white sandy beaches and turquoise waters which really have to be seen to be believed. There are countless bars, restaurants and beach clubs which are world renowned, and it is also home to two of the most prestigious golf courses in the world in The Green Monkey at Sandy Lane and Royal Westmoreland.
