Situated on one of the larger plots on the Praia D’El Rey resort, this beautiful four bedroom villa benefits from plenty of space but retains lots of privacy, with tall pine trees surrounding the property.

There is a large, heated private pool along with a lovely outdoor patio area for dining and barbecuing. In addition, there is a sauna at the property.

The bedrooms are spacious, three of which are en-suite as well as an open plan living and dining area, which opens out onto the large and sunny terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, and provides plenty of capacity to cater for all guests.

Praía d’El Rey is renowned for its surfing during the winter, and golf and sun during the spring/summer – it is the perfect destination for most people. The property is a few hundred metres from the golf club and around 5 minutes walk from the beach. Tennis courts are available on the resort, as well as a kids club and surfing school.

The four championship golf courses in the area are all within close range by car. West Cliffs, the most well reputed of the four, is around 8 minutes drive away. Bom Successo, Royal Obidos and of course Praía d’El Rey are extremely close.
