Our new flagship villa on the Praia d’El Rey resort for 2025 – construction finished in early 2024 on this exceptional four bedroom villa overlooking the Silver Coastline, which is finished to an incredible specification.

Bedrooms are spacious, with both the master and second bedroom having their own en-suite bathrooms – the third and fourth bedroom share a large bathroom. The master bedroom has a terrace which enjoys spectacular sea views.

A huge benefit of this incredible villa is the outdoor space; there is a large roof terrace which has panoramic views over the whole of the Praia d’el Rey resort and coastline – the perfect place to enjoy the Portuguese sun during the day, and socialise over an aperitif in the evening. Additionally, the pool terrace has high-end outdoor furniture for dining, relaxing and sunbathing as well as a top-of-the-line BBQ grill.

The basement also houses a table tennis table and EV car charging facility.

Praía d’El Rey is renowned for its surfing during the winter, and golf and sun during the spring/summer – it is the perfect destination for most people. The property is a few hundred metres from the golf club and around 5 minutes walk from the beach. Tennis courts are available on the resort, as well as a kids club and surfing school.

The four championship golf courses in the area are all within close range by car. West Cliffs, the most well reputed of the four, is around 8 minutes drive away. Bom Successo, Royal Obidos and of course Praía d’El Rey are extremely close.
