The upstairs terrace has a table for dining, and looks out over the golf course; the downstairs terrace is a perfect sun trap, but also provides shade if required. Lovely green space around the house, with a shared pool located just 50m across the road. There is also a BBQ.

Praía d’El Rey is renowned for its surfing during the winter, and golf and sun during the spring/summer – it is the perfect destination for most people. The property is a few hundred metres from the golf club and around 20 minutes walk from the beach. Tennis courts are available on the resort, as well as a kids club and surfing school.

The four championship golf courses in the area are all within close range by car. West Cliffs, the most well reputed of the four, is around 8 minutes drive away. Bom Successo, Royal Obidos and of course Praía d’El Rey are extremely close.
