Located within the gated Sierra Blanca community, on Marbella’s Golden Mile, the house enjoys 180 degree views across the Mediterranean Sea and on clear days down to Africa and the Rock of Gibraltar.

The property has two swimming pools – one located on the ground level, within the garden and accompanied by a jacuzzi, and the second, a full size infinity pool on the roof terrace overlooking the sea.

Additionally, there are several outdoor spaces for sunbathing, dining or relaxing, including a fire pit seating area, bar area and various dining spots on all three terraces. On the upper terraces, there are also love sofas to enjoy some romantic time whilst enjoying the phenomenal views.

Marbella and the surrounding area is extremely popular year round with residents and visitors alike, for its warm climate and gentle pace of living. All along the Costa Del Sol, there are golf courses at every turn, popular and local restaurants and bars and numerous activities and excursions to enjoy whilst you stay. Malaga Airport is around 45 minutes away, with Gibraltar Airport a similar distance.
