There is a large open plan living and dining area, which opens out onto the large outdoor terrace with upgraded outdoor furniture.

The house also enjoys a table tennis table for guests to use.

Praía d’El Rey is renowned for its surfing during the winter, and golf and sun during the spring/summer – it is the perfect destination for most people. The property is a few hundred metres from the golf club and around 5 minutes walk from the beach. Tennis courts are available on the resort, as well as a kids club and surfing school.

The four championship golf courses in the area are all within close range by car. West Cliffs, the most well reputed of the four, is around 8 minutes drive away. Bom Successo, Royal Obidos and of course Praía d’El Rey are extremely close.
