Perhaps the most iconic property on the whole Praía d’El Rey resort; a huge plot, totally walled and secluded with a large garden and pool; tall pine trees adorn the garden, affording extra privacy and shade where required.

The house itself is four large en-suite bedrooms, with a further en-suite bedroom within the pool house building. One of the bedrooms is specifically set up for children, with bunk beds and childs’ bathroom. Additional cots can be added on request.

Grand dining room, accommodating up to 12 adult dinner guests, with adjoining conservatory living room. Large living room with fireplace and cosy seating throughout, as well as library room with sofa bed.

There is also a jacuzzi/hot tub in the garden for guest use, as well as an extensive outdoor dining area, and BBQ facilities.

Spacious living areas within the house, including dining room, living room, library room and a games room. The high specification kitchen is extremely well stocked with cooking utensils and equipment.

Praía d’El Rey is renowned for its surfing during the winter, and golf and sun during the spring/summer – it is the perfect destination for most people. The property is a few hundred metres from the golf club and around 5 minutes walk from the beach. Tennis courts are available on the resort, as well as a kids club and surfing school.

The four championship golf courses in the area are all within close range by car. West Cliffs, the most well reputed of the four, is around 8 minutes drive away. Bom Successo, Royal Obidos and of course Praía d’El Rey are extremely close.
