Situated in a prime location on Marbella’s Golden Mile, Case Doce is the perfect luxury villa for your time in the Andalusian sunshine. A short walk to Marbella Club and Puente Romano, the beach Boardwalk is easily accessible (100 yards) via a direct walkway.

The house is inspired by Scandinavian design, and finished to an exquisite standard throughout. The kitchen and living area are the centrepiece to the house, providing a cosy but spacious feel for up to 10 adult guests.

There are five bedrooms in total, spread between the main house and the pool house; the pool house has a large en-suite bedroom along with a children’s bunk room which interconnect. The main property has three bedrooms, with the master suite being the highlight – a large bedroom with feature bathroom and plenty of storage. The two other bedrooms, on the ground floor are also en-suite and generously sized. There is a further “office” which has a sofa bed if required.

Central to the property’s allure is the roof terrace and pool terrace area, great for relaxing and enjoying the magnificent sea views and mountain views of La Concha.

The house is fully secure and has a state-of-the-art security and alarm system, as well as air conditioning and wifi throughout.

Marbella and the surrounding area is extremely popular year round with residents and visitors alike, for its warm climate and gentle pace of living. All along the Costa Del Sol, there are golf courses at every turn, popular and local restaurants and bars and numerous activities and excursions to enjoy whilst you stay. Malaga Airport is around 45 minutes away, with Gibraltar Airport a similar distance.
